Flippin' The Bird is finished and ready for the end of year show. As a teaser here are all the backgrounds from the short. I painted all of these in photoshop. Check out the Flippin The Bird Blog for more artwork and designs from the film.

Big Fat Cat
Since my printer/scanner stopped working awhile ago I've been trying to draw straight into photoshop, so that way I don't need the scanner but drawing in photoshop or even sketchbook pro doesn't hold a pencil compare to.. erm.. holding a pencil. Everything i drew in photoshop was a fail and it eventually just got to frustrating. So I went back to pencil and paper and just took a photo of it instead, the quality isn't great but that wont matter when I have it rendered because none of the line work will be visible.
I want to hug him but he would probably maul me.

Life Drawing Part 7
Here are some more sketches from my life drawing class's in college.
These pose's range from 30 minutes up to an hour. I used the flat side of a stick of conté for the first four and the last three were done with coloured pencil. Sorry about the image quality, these drawings are to big to scan.
