John of War

I'm doing a piece based on an Internet cartoon I really like. It's called 'John of War' by JohnnyUtah. Here's a link to it http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/527807 or look it up on YouTube or something.

Anyway this is what I've done so far.

In the short john talks to the Greek god of war, so my idea was to incorporate everyday office supplies into Greek armor 

Still a few thing to do before i move onto the background. 

Reflection

I have all my college projects done, I just have to hand them in and thats it until next year. So hopefully I'll have more time to further my digital painting. Speaking of painting heres an acrylic painting I did for another visual language project.

The project was based on reflections. When a reflective cylinder (or in my case a chrome table leg from B&Q) is placed in the center of the painting, the reflection unwarps (if thats a word) the image in the painting. 

This is a 3D render of a reflective cylinder because I seem to of misplaced my table leg but its the same principles. 

Peas and Honey part 2

It's been a few days since I have uploaded anything. I'm at the end of my college year so there's been alot of pressure to get projects in on time. This is a project from my Visual Language class. I was given a short poem and I had to create a storyboard/animatic  based on the poem.

The Poem:                                           Peas

I eat my peas with honey,

I've done it all my life,

They do taste kind of funny,

But it keeps them on the knife.

3D Lip Sync

A college assignment. The model was given to us, he originally had hair but I gave him male pattern baldness. Looking at it now, I'm not to sure about the start of it, his mouth is a bit erratic.
The sound track is Denholm Reynholm, from the I.T crowd, just be before he jumps out the window.
